One delivery mode: insured shipment
Every stone travels insured at its full value, tracked, and handed over against signature. No on-site pickup: examination in hand happens before purchase, by appointment.
The shipment
Shipment by a transport provider selected according to the value of the stone or parcel, the destination and the requirements of each shipment, declared value equal to the stone’s price, tracking sent by e-mail at dispatch, delivery against signature. Dispatch time: within 48 hours of order confirmation for a stone in stock; for a bespoke search, the lead time depends on the stone’s availability.
Returns
For purchases covered by the returns policy, contact us before sending anything, then hand the parcel to the carrier within two working days of delivery and keep the proof of handover. Return costs are yours; the return travels under the same conditions, insured and tracked. The full conditions, including parcel inspection and refund, are in the terms of sale.
International
We deliver internationally. Online ordering is open for Switzerland and France; for any other country, write to us before ordering: customs, restrictions and paperwork are handled case by case, and we confirm feasibility and costs.
