Chequered rubies

One delivery mode: insured shipment. Every piece travels insured at its full value, tracked, and handed over against signature. No on-site pickup: examination in hand happens before purchase, by appointment.

For purchases covered by the returns policy, contact us before sending anything, then hand the parcel to the carrier within two working days of delivery, keeping the proof of handover. Return costs are yours; the return travels under the same conditions, insured and tracked. The full conditions, parcel inspection and refund included, are in the Terms.

We deliver internationally. Online ordering is open for Switzerland and France; for any other country, write to us before ordering: customs, restrictions and paperwork are handled case by case, and we confirm feasibility and costs.
