Are your stones certified?

Whether a stone has a certificate depends on the stone. Sapphires, rubies and emeralds are generally certified. This information is clearly stated on each product page, so that you can make your choice with full transparency.

Can I reserve a stone before confirming my order?

Yes. To reserve a stone, contact us directly by email or WhatsApp. We can set it aside for 48 hours, so that we can talk with you and, if you wish, arrange a presentation by video call. If you need more time, an extension can be agreed directly with our team. Once the order is paid, the stone is allocated to you and withdrawn from sale.

Do you sell stones individually or only in parcels?

Both. We offer natural stones individually as well as in calibrated parcels. Whether you are a jeweller or a setter, we shape our selections to your technical and creative needs.

Do you supply calibrated stones for a collection or a production run?

Yes. We can assemble calibrated parcels (cut, colour, weight) for production needs. Ideal for jewellers working on collections or repeat orders.
